ADMISSION PROCESS
The new academic session commences in the beginning of the month of April every year, immediately after the announcement of result of the preceding year. Registration for admission takes place from the month of January to April for classes 1 to 9th. A few meritorious candidates can be admitted to these classes strictly on merit basis. An entrance test and an interview are conducted for the final selection.

However the school reserves the right to refuse admission as per its own admission policy.

Registration Procedure

The registration form, duly filled should be submitted in the school office by the due date. Details for registration follow.

All the children registered are expected  to appear at the written entrance examination comprising four papers namely, English, Mathematics  and Science where separate interviews with child and their parents are mandatory.

Failure to attend the examination without proper reason will cause the registration to lapse and the registration fees paid will be forfeited.

Non- refund of Fees :- Fees once paid are not refundable for any reason whatsoever.

Withdrawal Of Fees :- a. Application for the withdrawal is to be made on a prescribed performa available in the school office. No  child is withdrawn till a written request from parents is put up.

b. A one month notice period and one month fee is required for withdrawal.

c. Clearance must be obtained from the laboratory and library incharge before applying for withdrawal.

d. Transfer certificate will be issued after 15 days of the receipt of the application and clearance of all dues.

Bus Rules:- a. It will be the sole responsibility of the parents to escort the pupil to and from the fixed bus stops. The bus facility is extended  at the sole risk and responsibility of the parents.

b. Any suggestions or complaints should be reported to the transport incharge. parents are expected to treat the bus staff kindly.

Pre School/Pre Primary school

For admission to the Pre- School/Pre- primary school, the aspiring students should have attained 3 and 4 year of age for preschool and primary respectively as on 31st March of the concerned year in which the admission is to be sought. Kindly note: No request for the change of name/Date Of Birth will be entertained after the admission.

Primary, Middle and Secondary Class

Registration for Primary, Middle and Secondary classes begins in the month of January every year and admission is granted only if the seats exist. An entrance test and interview is essential  for the admission in the school.

NOTE :- The Registration form should be submitted only at the time of Registration. Admission and other forms are required only after the child is granted admission.

5) Blood group proof
6) School leaving certificate (Class – III to IX)
