Vice Principal

“YOUR MIND IS A POWERFUL THING. WHEN YOU FILTER IT WITH POSITIVE THOUGHTS,

YOUR LIFE WILL START TO CHANGE.

                                                                                                                                         — Gautama Buddha —

“Experience is the teacher of all things and every experience makes you grow”.

As the next Principal of St. Joseph’s Acdemy, I would like to write few words to express my experience about the school.  Even though I officially took up the Principal ship of St. Joseph’s Academy , Sarai Box, Saran, Bihar recently, I have been a part of CBSE Schools for two decades now.

As a teacher and principal of the other management schools in the past, I experienced that  students of St. Joseph’s Academy are  not only best in academics but also in sports, leadership and organizing activities.

I highly appreciate and identify the school’s effort and commitment to provide holistic education to students enriching their personalities and lives.  The scholastics and co-scholastics way of teaching language, mathematics, science, humanity, art and physical development and Masti Ki Pathshala have developed students’ multiple intelligence and aptitude for life-long learning.  The school offers countless opportunities for students to take part in all sorts of co-curricular activities and community services to broaden their exposure and insight.

As a Vice  principal of St. Joseph’s Academy, I would like to sincerely thank the entire staffs for their professionalism and commitment in laying a solid foundation to the school. I thank the parents for their support to the school and thank students for their diligent work and engagement in the school.

Being a Vice principal I have a strong belief that, teaching and learning are the core activities of the school. Hence, I want to be in the classrooms more and have beneficial conversations with teachers about curriculum and instructions and interact with each student. The work of the school happens in the classrooms. If I want to influence my students and my school, then that’s where I need to be.

Harmony can be interpreted as “TEAM WORK”.  As long as we have a dedicated team aiming for the common goals, anything can be achieved.  I always support teachers for their overall development and teaching.  Great teachers are the most important human pillars to the success of our academy.

As I mentioned before, teaching and learning are the core activities of the school, we should make good use of every minute of invaluable instruction time on enhancing students’ learning. I always set students’ benefit to be the first priority.

Together, we shall focus on promoting a high level of learning culture.  Resources will be allocated to furnishing an inviting place and environment for learning.  School policies will be refined to streamline the academic and co-curricular activities.   You may expect changes in the future which I believe to be the sources of momentum and motivation.

To those who see with loving eyes, life is beautiful
To those who speak with tender voices, life is peaceful
To those who help with gentle hands, life is full
And to those who care with compassionate hearts, life is good beyond all measure!

We believe in a joyful experiential learning system wherein, each child is encouraged to participate wholeheartedly! At St. Joseph’s Academy, we leave no stone unturned to offer multitudes of opportunities to our children; it is for them to make the most of it. Children should be motivated to grab every opportunity that comes their way which would not only help in their holistic growth but also strengthen their belief in teamwork, which is important in this fast-paced world. They need to understand the importance of emotional balance, critical thinking, and most importantly accepting failure graciously! It is our strife to endow them with all these qualities and more.

We believe in empowering our children in such a manner that they act as representatives of a meaningful and value-based society! Our pedagogy which is holistic and comprehensive complements this. We have a team of fabulous faculty members who display boundless energy and intense commitment which keeps the ethos of our school shining brightly.

There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children. One of these is roots; the other, wings! One is offered by our loving parents and the other is offered by us. At St. Joseph’s Academy, each day that unfolds, is a wonder and a miracle! When we see our children engaged in multi-skilled activities, we often think:

‘Let us keep alive the child’s in born sense of wonder, let us arouse their curiosity to discover the mystery of the world we live in!’

As they do, the experiences simultaneously fuel emotional, social, intellectual, physical, and ethical development! At St. Joseph’s Academy, we enjoy this journey with our children, reliving and rediscovering the magic of learning! We are aligned with the thoughts of Buddha:

‘Each morning, we are born again What matters the most is whether we have given our best today’

GRATITUTE:

I take this opportunity to thank the school Management for giving me the chance to lead St. Joseph’s Academy, Sarai Box, Saran, Bihar

As we reflect on the many things for which we are thankful, I want to take this opportunity to share just a few of them with you:

We are thankful for our students who come to school every day ready to learn, they give us all a daily reminder of what is important and why we are here.

We are thankful for the teachers, assistants, health aids, bus drivers, office staff, support staff and administrators who really are about student achievement and have the best interest of our students at heart.

During the challenging times, we see dedicated and tireless individuals going above and beyond to make sure that great things happen in our school.  They do make a difference, and the children, in their own individual ways, benefit from those efforts.

Most importantly, we are thankful for the support of the parents in creating an outstanding partnership for our students.  They continue to share their most valuable possession with us and in most cases work hard and advocate to be a partner in their children’s education, safety and well-being.

We are also thankful to our PTA members and parent volunteers who enthusiastically contribute so much to our school.

I welcome all the students back to school.

Warm Regards,
(Vacant site due to covid 19)
