Mr. Shailesh Kumar Tiwari
An exceptionally capable individual who serves as a liaison between teachers and management to resolve and facilitate issues. He actively deals with creating and delivering an effective curriculum, achieving department goals, meeting benchmarks and learning outcomes. He has a comprehensive understanding of how educational institutions work and of their policies, procedures and management.
He believes that education is the most powerful tool to eradicate the evils of the society as it provides us with a platform where we can realize our rights and responsibilities towards ourselves, our people and our nation. Secondly, offering the young minds, a pure and healthy atmosphere within the school in order to sensitize them towards their surroundings, and inculcating values, beliefs and healthy habits in them, is our chief responsibility as education providers. Next, we as teachers ought to be fair and square to our profession for it is eminently noble.

Learning is the process of constantly updating in an ever changing world. The first five years experience the most rapid changes of life and are critical in a child’s 
development. Children develop rapidly during this time; physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially. Also, the earliest years of a child’s life are a key to predicting ultimate success in their school and personal life. The period from the age of three years until the beginning of Class 1 in a mainstream school is called the Foundation Stage of learning. All children should be given the opportunity to experience the very best possible start to their education.
Learning at our school is based on the fundamental principles of life; teaching the children to be courageous, confident, disciplined, responsible and loyal. Education at our school provides a foundation for a lifetime of learning and is great fun too.
Teaching at St. Joseph’s Academy is a two-way process; where the teachers first try and understand each individual child so as to provide them with the most easy and adaptable techniques and a conducive ambience for them to learn what is delivered. We believe in teaching by following the child. We strive to keep our toddlers busy with learning activities. Today the role of a school is not only to pursue academic excellence but also to empower its students to be lifelong learners. Intelligence, Enthusiasm, Creativity, a Positive Attitude, and a Team Player are some of the attributes that help her in doing her task effectively and efficiently. She is a huge believer in teamwork and always keeps the team spirit high by motivating them and getting the best results.

She is a proven Activity Coordinator with the ability to work effectively with students, families, faculty instructors, and staff. She has a comprehensive understanding of how educational institutions work and of their policies, procedures, and management. In her current role, she has been commended for exercising good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information and situations. During her career, she has gained extensive experience working in a private environment.
